Production Process
Our production Process is mostly done individually and by hand to make sure every picture gets the attention it deserves from editing to coating. We take the memories and wishes of our customers very seriously. We know how much this means to you and we are willing to give our best to satisfy your wishes.

How long does it take to ship out the order?
The editing and production process takes 3-7 business days. Shipping is always free and tracked.

Does it tarnish or change colors?
No. We use a coating process called PVD - Physical Vapor Deposition - to coat our jewelry in gold or Silver tone. 

PVD utilizes a titanium nitride that provides an extremely durable coating that makes our jewelry more resistant to corrosion from sweat and regular wear than the usual plating.
